2 cups sour cream

1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
