2 cups raisins
2 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water
2 cups white sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions :
